Shipping

We deliver your order quickly and safely.

  • Delivery time within the Netherlands if in stock: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time Belgium if in stock: 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping costs Netherlands: Shipping costs vary from free, local pickup, or between €15 and €200, depending on the product category and size. Exact costs will be calculated during checkout.
  • Shipping costs Belgium: Shipping costs vary from free, local pickup, or between €22 and €275, depending on the product category and size. Exact costs will be calculated during checkout.
  • Shipping Methods: Dachser, dpd, dhl, postNL, Rhenusroad (depending on availability and weight).
  • Delivery on holidays/weekends: not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.

Sometimes you might find that the shipping costs are disproportionate to the weight/volume. If so, please call us. We can then explain the situation or, if you're right, adjust it for you.

Delivery times are indicative and are shown in the product overview. These are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from them.

In case of delays, the following applies: For normal orders, there may be a right of cancellation provided that this is done in consultation, or if an alternative product is offered, or if the product cannot be delivered within the agreed period of a maximum of 8 weeks.

For custom orders, the following applies: once production has started, there is no right of cancellation unless it takes longer than 12 weeks.

Returns

Returns for business customers (B2B)
Business customers do not have a legal right to return items. Returns are only possible after prior consultation and approval by 4YourCar.nl. Any agreements regarding return costs and timeframes are agreed upon individually.

Returns for consumers (B2C)
You have the right to return products within 14 days after receipt Returns are free of charge. It's best to report defects and/or damage by phone. Photos can be sent by email or WhatsApp.

Prerequisites:

  • Products unused and in original packaging.
  • Labels and seals not removed.
  • Returns are at your own risk; please retain proof of postage.

Return costs:

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Procedure:

  1. Register your return via info@4yourcar.nl with your order number.
  2. You will receive a confirmation and instructions by email.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the return address. Use a reliable courier service.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., color) cannot simply be returned. After placing a custom-made or personalized order, the customer will be notified and can then choose to cancel the order or proceed with the order.
