Lazer Lamps – Sentinel 7″ – Standard – LED Lamp – Black

The Sentinel range of round LED driving lights now includes 7-inch versions available in Standard and Elite grades. The lights deliver remarkable high beam performance and product styling that exudes quality. At the Standard level, a combination of 12 high-power LEDs outputs 5.208 raw lumens, while at the Elite level 10.248 raw lumens are delivered by 24 high-power LEDs, with each product maximising light output on the road or track ahead through the application of class-leading electronics and optical design, in addition to the product’s CAE-optimised lamp housing.

The central LED rows and optics feature a true "combo" beam pattern, delivering illumination over a wide area, while the upper and lower sections have been precisely designed and engineered to produce an enviable 65-degree light spread (Elite class). The result is a perfectly balanced light distribution with a carefully selected color temperature of 5000 Kelvin, making nighttime riding safer and more enjoyable. Considering the size and power of the bulbs (60W – Standard / 116W – Elite), these lights outperform on every level, even compared to significantly larger, more powerful products.

Symbolic of the light output shown, operating at 100%, the bulbs exceed UNECE high beam regulations, so both the Standard and Elite bulbs utilise Lazer’s dual output E-Boost technology, where removing the supplied Boost Cap from the rear of the bulb reduces the light output to within the Regulation 149 limit, allowing the bulbs to be used alongside the standard high beam on your vehicle.

The stealth design of the Sentinel 7” lamp is achieved through the use of black printed circuit boards and a black bezel with intricate hexagonal design details for a unique, contemporary appearance. Additionally, the Elite version has the option to fit a white or amber position/sidelight function for an even more striking look, with the white version being approved to UNECE regulation 148. The lamps are supplied with a ‘sleek’ die-cast aluminium mounting bracket, which, like the lamps themselves, is pre-treated to automotive quality before being powder coated in satin black for a product that is protected from aesthetic deterioration or corrosion.

As with all Lazer products, Sentinel lights are designed, developed and manufactured in-house in the UK. There is no compromise on components or construction processes to achieve a superior product, whilst ensuring that environmental stewardship and an ambitious carbon reduction programme have played a more significant role than ever in the design and construction of Sentinel products.

* 'Start-up time' is the delay between the bulb receiving power and the light being emitted. Different Lazer bulbs have different start-up times depending on their electrical architecture. For this reason, we recommend that if you are purchasing two different types of Lazer bulbs for fitment to the same vehicle, you ensure that you choose products with a matching start-up time (5ms or 100ms depending on the product).
