Introducing AIR, the newest range of LED light bars from Lazer Lamps specifically designed and developed with the heavy truck and commercial vehicle market in mind. The range includes 3 lamp variants: AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite, whicharbwhere the numerical value represents the energy consumption of each lamp. Across the entire AIR range, full attention has been paid to our in-house design, engineering, and production functions in the UK to present a high-quality LED solution with a striking product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and distinctive position light function. As you would expect with every Lazer-product expected, the lighting performance and build quality are fully assured.

The AIR-130 Elite, which is largely equivalent to the Triple-R 1000 Elite in terms of light distribution, represents the pinnacle of lighting performance given the size and power of the lamp, always with guaranteed robustness and reliability, backed by our extensive 5-year warranty. The AIR-130 Elite emits 12.500 raw lumens and delivers 1 lux at a distance of 592 m. It features black PCBs to give the lamp a stealth appearance, unlike other products within the AIR range. The light distribution is carefully designed, waarbthe vertical and horizontal spread are optimized for road use, even from higher vehicle mounting positions. The high beam performance of the lamp, operating at 100%, exceeds the permitted UNECE Reg 149 parameters for a street-legal driving light, so the dual-output functionality ensures that the output remains within regulatory limits.

In addition to the enviable levels of high beam lighting, the AIR products are all equipped with an integratedegra 'double' white or orange position light. In addition to the safety benefits, the use of the latest technologies and materials has ensured a distinctive, characteristic appearance, whether viewed up close or from a distance. When operating the white position light, it is approved according to the UNECE Reg148 standard for road use.

The style and build quality of the AIR products are enhanced by the injection-molded monocoque polycarbonate lens. With a lifetime warranty on the 'unbreakable' lens, finished with hardcoat lacquer (an example of one of the upstream production processes that Lazer also managed in-house), the lens flows downwards and under the lamp, with a textured appearance on the underside. The unique lamp design is enhanced by the included innovative 'Centre Mount' system, allowing the light to sit much lower relative to the mounting point, for a sleek, clean installation.
